Coaching Course

TTA Tops - Primary school level coaching,  available to be delivered by David Wilson (level 3 coach), Roger Massie (level 2 coach) & Dave Carpenter (level 2 coach).

TTA Level 1 - Club level coaching, available to be delivered by David Wilson (level 3 coach), Roger Massie (level 2 coach) & Dave Carpenter (level 2 coach).

TTA Level 2 - State/National level coaching courses are available depending on demand by David Wilson (Level 3 coach) or interstate travel may be required by individuals at their own expense.

TTA Level 3 - International level coaching courses are only available by interstate or international travel at an individuals own expense.

Ticket to Play

About Ticket to Play

Ticket to Play is a Tasmanian Government initiative designed to reduce the cost of participating in club sporting activities for Tasmanian children.

The key objective of Ticket to Play is to increase the number of young Tasmanians playing sport and supporting the Tasmanian Government’s objective of Tasmania being the healthiest population by 2025.

Who is eligable for a voucher?

Applicants must be:

  • living in Tasmania;
  • aged between 5 and 18 years old at the time of application; and
  • be listed on a valid Centrelink Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card (either their own or their parent, guardian or carer’s) or be in Out of Home Care.

What can I use a voucher for?

Each child is entitled to 2 vouchers which can be redeemed for up to $100 on the following: (Guidelines on how to apply and spend vouchers work can be found on the Ticket to Play website)

  • pennant roster fees
  • club practice passes
  • club and state approved coaching programs (Program must be longer than 6 weeks to be eligable)

Please talk to your club administration or coach about accessing Ticket to Play in Tasmanian table tennis clubs.
